Je comprends les jours fériés chinois, mais si vous n'allez pas travailler, alors ne proposez pas de produits. Il vaut mieux commencer à vendre une fois vos vacances terminées et ne pas jouer avec le temps des clients. J'ai dû contacter le service client car ils se cachaient derrière les jours fériés comme excuse pour les retards d'expédition, alors que d'autres acheteurs étaient très responsables et expédiaient à temps, même s'ils étaient également en vacances. Le vendeur n'a jamais présenté d'excuses ni m'a informé de cela, ce qui est très agaçant. Le service client d'Aliexpress m'a aidé à accélérer le processus avec ce vendeur et à faire expédier ma commande.
