Refund and Return Policy

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to inform us of your decision to withdraw, without having to justify your choice.

To exercise this right, write to maisonlayina@gmail.com, stating your name, order number, and the items concerned. We will provide you with instructions and the return address. Please do not send a package without prior instructions.

After informing us of your withdrawal, you have an additional 14 days to ship the items.

Condition of Returned Items

Items must be returned complete, unworn, unwashed, without odor or marks, with their original tags and accessories. You may only try them on to the extent necessary to verify the size and fit, as you would in a store.

For products delivered with a protective seal for hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal may no longer apply if this seal has been removed.

Return Costs

In the event of a simple change of mind or a size error, the direct return costs are borne by the customer. If the item received is defective, damaged, non-compliant, or different from the one ordered, Maison Layina will provide an appropriate solution and cover the necessary return costs.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Non-Compliant Item

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Do not return anything before receiving our instructions.

Refund

The refund includes the amounts paid and the initial standard delivery costs, when they are refundable under the right of withdrawal. It is processed using the payment method used for the order no later than 14 days after your request. We may defer the refund until the returned items are received or until proof of shipment is provided, whichever comes first.

After the refund is issued, the time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

To receive a different size or model more quickly, we recommend returning the item concerned and then placing a new order after the return is validated.
