Shipping Policy

Maison Layina delivers to France, Germany, the United Kingdom, and other countries available during checkout.

Processing and Delivery Times

• Order Preparation: 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Shipping: Typically 5 to 15 business days depending on the destination.
• Total Usual Delivery Time: 6 to 18 business days.

The delivery time applicable to your order is the one communicated at the time of purchase. If no specific delivery time is indicated, the order will be delivered no later than 30 days after its validation, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is free with no minimum purchase for destinations served by Maison Layina. Available options for your address are confirmed before payment validation.

Order Tracking

Upon shipment, a tracking number is sent via email. Tracking may take 24 to 72 hours to display its first movement.

Separate Packages

An order comprising multiple items may exceptionally be delivered in several packages. No additional shipping fees will be charged after the order is placed.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please carefully check your delivery address before paying. To request a correction, contact us as soon as possible at maisonlayina@gmail.com. A modification is no longer guaranteed after shipment.

Delivery Delay or Issue

If tracking has not updated or if the announced deadline is exceeded, please contact us with your order number. Maison Layina remains your point of contact and will perform the necessary verifications with the carrier.

Potential Taxes and Duties

For deliveries outside the European Union, particularly to the United Kingdom, import taxes or duties may apply depending on the destination. If these are not collected at the time of payment, they may be claimed by local authorities or the carrier.
